Wavenet’s new 24x7 Support Assistance Center ‘Waveforce’ commenced operations on the 11th of May 2012. The launch of Waveforce comes in the wake of Wavenet increasing its footprint in the international market with a view towards enhancing their existing customer support services. Partnering with Hello Corp, one of the region’s leading BPO service providers, Wavenet hopes to offer their customers even greater levels of service.
