A born entrepreneur, Suren has led Wavenet from the age of 19 when he founded the company to date and built around him a strong team of professionals delivering complex telecom solutions to some of the biggest networks in the region. He is passionate about technology and contributes extensively to product vision and is actively involved at the strategic level of product development.

Vance joined Wavenet in 2011, as the chief technology officer. He has over twenty years’ experience within the telecommunications industry including telephony, cable television, Internet and mobility. The focus throughout his career has been on convergence, working on the edge where developing software driven technology drives change. A career in an environment of overlapping industries has fostered a balanced perspective between established utility engineering and Internet age innovation. |

Surajee has been with Wavenet for nearly 10 years holding a variety of positions in Product Engineering and has a background in software design and development in telecom space.
Now he focuses on Wavenet's innovative new product portfolio and its market to drive strategic product opportunities for Wavenet. He is responsible for managing the vision for the Wavenet products along with the direction and roadmap.
Surajee holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa. |

Dilum has been with Wavenet since the inception of the organization. Graduating from the University of Moratuwa, Dilum began his career as a software engineer. He has rapidly risen through the ranks and is now the Head of Delivery at Wavenet. He is responsible for coordinating with all key project stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Mirantha joined Wavenet in 2008 and has been heading the sales division since 2011. He has over 20 years of professional experience in various industries and business sectors, including banking & financial services, international freight forwarding & shipping and international trade development,
Mirantha has accrued substantial experience in international business development roles, working with principals, agents, business partners and clients in numerous countries in Asia-Pacific and Europe. |

Ashanthi has been with Wavenet since 2006. She has over a decade of critical industry experience working with large multinationals such as Ernst and Young and key governmental financial institutions such as the Peoples Bank of Sri Lanka.
Ashanthi holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy & Financial Management (Special) Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. |
