Wavenet preps with new internal protocols for Covid-19 pandemic

Following the declaration by The World Health Organization (WHO) on Covid-19 as a world pandemic, and with the closure of country borders, bans on public gatherings and office closures, Wavenet as a responsible business, have already taken precautionary measures in line with WHO recommendations and local government directives in its markets of operation.


Our customers and staff are top priority for Wavenet. We are vigilant of the evolving situation with Covid-19 and the impact it may have on business operations. We have therefore implemented new protocols and measures to ensure zero impact on our projectsoperations, systems support and in safeguarding the health of our employees.


Wavenet’s new protocols are also focused on smoother operations, and continued connectivity of customer systems during these turbulent times, and includes travel bans, implementation of effective remote team communication plans, enhanced remote working capabilities, planned customer time-zones project work and improved remote connectivity to customer systems.
