Global Wavenet attended the 2019 National Best Quality ICT Awards (NBQSA). held on 11th October at The Galadari Hotel in Colombo. The event was organized by the Sri Lankan Section of the BCS (British Computer Society). NBQSA Awards recognizes outstanding achievements of organizations contributing towards the uplifting of the country’s ICT sector through the development of high–quality ICT products that are recognized internationally, provided opportunities for Sri Lanka’s skills development in the sector, and have achieved superior service/product qualities on par with international standards.
Wavenet’s latest innovation, ‘Compose’ launched early this year, won merit at the NBQSA 2019 awards ceremony under the research category. This latest solution, Compose, is an omnichannel customer engagement Cloud platform that seamlessly bridges interaction between a communications provider or a mobile network operator with its customer bases on multiple communication channels such as facebook messenger, viber and whatsapp.
Wavenet’s overall Digital Solution Suite is architectured around improving core operations of a telco organization to gain competitive advantage and Compose in particular, delivers advanced backend software infused with AI to ensure a telco’s service delivery entails effective customer engagement, efficiency in servicing lead times and ultimately an increase in ARPUs.
