Global Wavenet has been nominated as a finalist again at this year’s NBQSA 2019 awards for its new software innovation ‘Compose’. Compose is an advanced multi-channel virtual agent builder for telco and mobile operators which is a part of Wavenet’s Digital Transformation Suite of solutions.
This year, the awards will be the 21st National Best Quality ICT Awards (NBQSA) which is to be held on 11th Oct 2018 in Colombo, Sri Lanka
Last year in 2018, Wavenet won three industry awards for its telecommunications Unified VAS (Value Added Service) Solutions that included a merit award at the international 2018 Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) held in China, and also two awards at the 2018 National Best Quality ICT Awards (NBQSA) held in Sri Lanka – that included a Gold Award for Communications Applications, and an overall Silver Award at the event. .
The NBQSA awards are organized by the Sri Lankan section of the BCS The Chartered Institute for IT and will recognize outstanding achievements of individuals and organizations that have developed high-quality ICT products, provided opportunities for international recognition, improved service/product quality to international standards and have provided opportunities for skill development in the ICT sector.
